Do I need to already own a domain?
Yes. In V1, customers bring their own domain. Advance Solutions helps connect it to the hosting account.
Can I register a new domain through Advance Solutions?
Not in V1. Domain registration may be added later. For now, you keep your existing registrar and domain ownership.
How many websites can I host?
Web Start supports 1 website, Web Business supports 2 websites and Web Plus supports 5 websites. All websites within an account share that plan's total storage allocation.
Is the advertised storage per website?
No. Storage is per cPanel hosting account. Website files, databases and included email accounts all share the plan's total storage.
Does each email account get separate storage?
No. Email accounts use the same overall storage assigned to the hosting package.
What if I need larger business mailboxes?
Ask about separate Business Email solutions. Your website can remain on shared hosting while email is hosted separately using custom MX records.
Is WordPress included?
The hosting environment is WordPress ready and provides installation and management tools. Website design, custom development and ongoing WordPress maintenance are separate services.
Can I host a non-WordPress website?
Yes. WordPress is optional. You can also host suitable static, PHP and database-driven websites within the resources and acceptable-use limits of your plan.
Are SSL certificates included?
Yes. Free SSL is included with the hosting platform for supported domains correctly pointed to the hosting account.
Are backups included?
Scheduled backups are included as part of the hosting platform. Customers should still retain copies of important website content and data where appropriate.
Is monthly hosting available?
No. The actual billing cycles are half-yearly and annual. The monthly figure shown on package cards is only the annual price divided by 12 for easy comparison.
How do I pay?
V1 uses manual payment verification. Payment options include bank/Raast transfer, Easypaisa Merchant and JazzCash Merchant. Payment instructions are provided with the order or invoice.
How quickly is hosting activated?
After the order and payment are verified, the hosting account can be provisioned. Domain DNS changes may take additional time to become visible across the internet.
Will you change my domain DNS for me?
We provide the required settings and practical assistance. Where registrar access remains with you, you may need to make the nameserver or DNS change yourself, or authorize the appropriate change.
Is website design included in hosting?
No. Hosting and website design are separate services. This keeps the hosting price clear and avoids charging customers for services they do not need.
What happens if I need more resources later?
You can move to a larger shared-hosting package, subject to availability and service terms. Requirements beyond shared hosting can be assessed separately through Advance Solutions.
